Tell Loudoun's Housing Director: Give Families Housing Stability

Working people in Loudoun County should be able to afford stable housing for their families based on the incomes they earn. Landlords are raising rents and our communities are being pushed out and evicted.

In April 2022, the Board of Supervisors allocated $12 million in ARPA funds for housing. As of January 2023, Loudoun County tenants are still waiting for the funds to be disbursed, and no date has been set for rollout.

Add Your Name to tell Mr. John Hall, Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development, to swiftly disburse its ARPA funds and implement the ARPA BUY-DOWN Program to bring relief to tenants paying more than 30% of their incomes in rent.
